I understand that this cancellation form must be submitted at least 10 days prior to my next billing date to avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle.

I understand that my access to the Keeperly platform will continue until the end of my current billing cycle, at which point it will be automatically discontinued and my account will be closed. Keeperly reserves the right to permanently delete all account data after cancellation in accordance with its data retention policy.

I understand that Keeperly does not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions, and that any usage-based charges (such as for communication or AI services) incurred prior to cancellation will remain due and may be billed after my subscription ends.

I confirm that I have exported and backed up all data I need from the platform prior to cancellation.

I understand that Keeperly is not responsible for preserving, exporting, or transferring any websites, funnels, conversations, or client data.

I acknowledge that all proprietary assets provided by Keeperly (including but not limited to websites, workflows, automations, templates, and other intellectual property) remain the exclusive property of Keeperly LLC. I agree that these assets may not be copied, duplicated, reproduced, distributed, or used outside of the Keeperly platform.
