This Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, including any websites, services, or applications that you elect to access through the Services.

Please review this Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy on behalf of yourself or the entity or organization that you represent. If you do not agree with any term in this Policy, you should refrain from further use of our Services.

1. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

This Policy was last revised on the date noted at the bottom of this page. We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page and notify you of such changes by means of an email to the email address specified in your account, a message on the Services, or through a notice on the Website home page. Your continued use of the Services after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

2. Information We Collect

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Whenever you interact with the Services, we may use a variety of technologies to automatically collect certain information, such as:

(a) Activity Information.

(b) Equipment Information.

Data about your device, operating system, IP address, browser type, and browser language.

(c) Location Information.

Examples of automatic collection tools include cookies, web beacons (also known as "clear gifs" or "pixel tags"), JavaScripts, entity tags, HTML5 local storage, and resettable device identifiers (like Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID). These help us maintain the Services, personalize user experiences, measure marketing effectiveness, and analyze overall usage.

Third-Party Tracking:

We do not control the tracking technologies of third-party advertisers or content providers who may operate on or through the Services. We do not accept responsibility for their privacy policies, practices, or procedures, and encourage you to review their privacy statements if you interact with them. If you have questions about a particular ad or how a third-party uses your data, contact that provider directly.

2.3 Demographic Information

We may collect demographic, statistical, or other aggregate information that does not personally identify you. Some of this data may be derived from personal info, but it cannot be tied back to you individually (e.g., aggregated user analytics).

2.4 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account records. These sources may include publicly available databases, demographic or interest-based data providers, social networks (if you connect your account), or other third-party services that update or enhance our data. We protect this information under the practices described in this Policy, plus any additional restrictions from the data source. By gathering updated data about you, we can, for example, correct inaccurate info, enhance your transaction security, or offer product recommendations more likely to be relevant to you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect about you, including personal information, to:

- Respond to inquiries, comments, or support requests;

- Fulfill the purpose for which you provide the information or any purpose disclosed at the time of collection;

- Communicate with you about your account, purchases, or significant changes to the Services;

- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities for marketing or advertising (but we do not sell personal data);

- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, security breaches, or illegal activity;

- Enforce any contracts or agreements (including billing and collections);

- Maintain records for internal administrative purposes;

- Send newsletters, offers, or promotional materials (where lawful and if you choose to receive them);

- Conduct surveys or research for product development or feature improvements;

- Display ads or measure ad performance, including serving targeted or remarketing ads to your device;

- Any other purpose with your consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we share it with affiliates for their own marketing use. We only share data in the ways described below:

(a) Service Providers.

We may share personal info with third-party vendors or contractors who help us operate our business (e.g., payment processing, email/SMS or communications, hosting/IT support, analytics, accounting platforms, local listing/reputation services, AI-based review responses, etc.). These providers are contractually restricted from using your data for any purpose other than to perform tasks on our behalf.

(b) Required by Law.

We may disclose personal info if required to comply with a legal obligation (e.g., a court order, subpoena) or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

(c) Enforcing Our Rights.

We may share data to enforce or apply this Policy, our Terms of Use, or other agreements (e.g., billing and collections).

(d) Protecting Lawful Interests.

We may exchange data with other companies/organizations for fraud protection, spam/malware prevention, or similar security measures.

(e) Business Transfers.

If Keeperly LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred. We will notify you if your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

(f) Aggregated/Anonymized Data.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot identify you personally, without restriction.

(g) With Your Consent.

We may share/disclose your info if you explicitly consent or request it.

Public/Interactive Areas:

If you post info in forums, chat rooms, or other public areas, it may be viewed or collected by others. Use caution when posting personal data.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, or protect legitimate interests. Retention periods depend on the nature of the data and our business needs:

- Account Info: We keep your account data while your account is active and for a reasonable time afterward, if needed.

- Transaction/Payment Records: We may maintain purchase histories for tax, audit, or compliance obligations.

- Backups: Some data may persist in routine backups or logs for a limited time.Once there is no longer a need to retain your personal information, we will delete, anonymize, or securely store it and isolate it from further use.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under 13. If you are under 13, do not provide any information. If we learn we have collected personal info from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly. Please contact us if you believe we might have any data from a child under 13.

7. Data Security & Breach Notification

We use physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Data is stored on secure servers behind firewalls, and SSL encryption is used for transmitting sensitive details (e.g., credit card info). However, no method is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach compromises your personal data, we will notify you (and relevant authorities) as required by law. You also play a role in safeguarding your data: keep your passwords confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

8. Retargeting / Interest-Based Advertising

We may use the information we collect (e.g., cookies, device IDs, usage patterns) to show you targeted or remarketing ads on external platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) that we believe may be relevant to your interests. For instance, we might place a Facebook Pixel on our site that tells Facebook you visited, so we can serve you a related ad later. If you click or interact with such ads, the advertiser may infer certain audience or interest criteria.

Opt-Out:

You can adjust browser settings or visit industry opt-out sites (like AboutAds.info or NetworkAdvertising.org) to limit ad tracking. If you have specific questions about how an advertiser processes your data, we encourage you to contact them directly.
